Accommodation quoted in an itinerary is not guaranteed and depends on availability at the time of booking. No space is held. Once the deposit for the package has been received and the reservations made, the hotel choices stated in the program may not be available. We will at all times selected alternative accommodation of a similar location and standard. A price difference may incur, sometimes more, sometimes less and the balance of the payment will be adjusted accordingly. In peak, season hotels can be fully booked and alternate arrangements of another standard (a higher or lower standard) may need to be arranged and the price of the program will be changed. Availability of the hotels can be checked prior to booking upon request, however, no space can be held or guaranteed.


Prices are generally based on standard twin share accommodations. Request for specific bedding types must be made at the time of booking. eg. twin (separate beds or a double bed. Such requests cannot be guaranteed as hotels may have limited availability or certain bedding types. Double rooms may have either twin or double beds. It is common practice to link two single beds together for use as a double bed. Single rooms are often smaller than other rooms and may have only a single bed depending on the hotel. Triple rooms usually consist of a twin bedded room with an extra single bed, sofa bed, folding bed, or rollaway for the third person; please be aware that the room may be crowded as a result.


Where a child shares a room with two paying adults and stays free, in most cases the hotel will not provide an extra bed and the child is expected to share the adult’s bed. Additional charges may be levied and paid directly for the child’s meals. Where a child discount rate is applied the child received an extra bed, normally a rollaway. When the children stay in a room without adults the adult charge applies.


In some circumstances following a natural disaster or political crisis, extended services such as coach tours or cruises may be canceled by the supplier at very short notice, up until several days prior to the date of the service. We stress that this occurs extremely rarely, however in such eventualities Club America Travel & Tours, Inc. will make every endeavor to offer you substitute arrangements of a similar nature and cost. If the arrangements offered are not acceptable to you, a full refund for the canceled tour or cruise will be offered. Should the alternative arrangements accepted by you be at a higher cost than that originally charged, the additional cost is payable by the client and not Club America Travel & Tours, Inc.



We kindly require a deposit payment at the time of booking to secure your reservations. The deposit payment is 35% of the total amount.

Once we have received this payment we will begin making your travel arrangements. When all is secured your agent will contact you and confirm this to you (7-10 working days).

Receipt of your payment signifies the acceptance of the costs of the services provided and the booking conditions contained herein.

After all services and reservations have been finalized and completed, any changes to the itinerary made by the client will result in a 50 USD additional service fee. All changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. No changes can be made within 4 days of the commencement of your program.

After your booking had been made, changes that are beyond the control of Club America Travel & Tours, Inc., such as flight or ferry changes/cancellations may occur and your program will need to be altered. Club America Travel & Tours, Inc. will at all times use the most budget conscience alternatives, however extra services may be required for your package (e.g a ferry is canceled and a flight may need to be offered) and this will be at an extra cost to the client.


35% of the payment is to be paid 45 days prior to the departure date by credit card.
Exceptions to this are bookings made less than 45 days prior to departure whereupon full payment is required or other payment deadlines as specified in individual package conditions. If you fail to meet the payment conditions Club America Travel & Tours, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply the appropriate cancellation charges. 


When you pay your deposit payment and balance payments, you will receive the receipts to your email address. For payment security these documents need to be printed out, signed, and faxed (or scanned and emailed) or posted to Club America Travel & Tours, Inc. with a copy of the credit card holder’s passport (or any photo ID with signature). Documents need to be received prior to the commencement of the package. Club America Travel & Tours, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any booking where the documents have not been received and apply the appropriate cancellation fees.


All cancellations must be made in writing to Club America Travel & Tours, Inc.. No responsibility is taken for cancellations of hotel bookings or any other extra services which have been made directly by the client.

59-46 days: 30% of the selling price
45-8 days: 50% of the selling price
7-0 days: 100% of the selling price


Supplier cancellation charges may be in addition to the charges outlined above. Supplier charges are based on the commencing date and cost of each confirmed arrangement. Actual cancellation charges may vary as they are based on the amount levied on Club America Travel & Tours, Inc. at the time of cancellation. A charge may be up to 100% of the cost paid.

Flight tickets are not included in the above cancellation policy. Once your program is confirmed and flight tickets are purchased, any changes to the dates of the program will incur a change fee or in case of cancellation (this is additional to the service fee), a 100% cancellation fee for the flight tickets will be incurred regardless of the above cancellation policy.


If you fail to check-in at your designated hotel as confirmed 100% no-show fee will be charged.


Cancellation of confirmed services forming part of an existing booking will incur cancellation fees as listed.


Once you have left your country a refund will not be given for any service or accommodation not used by you due to late arrival, early departure, or by choice. This includes the failure of any transportation to operate as scheduled. Club America Travel & Tours, Inc. does not authorize any overseas suppliers including hotel management to promise refunds on our behalf. Any unused car rental is non-refundable. No refund applies if the cost of your holiday is reduced after the final payment is made.


Travel insurance is not included in any of the prices of packages, tours, or programs. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover yourself against the loss of monies paid in the event of cancellation due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances; as well as for medical expenses, loss of luggage, and other expenses incurred whilst overseas. 

You must advise us in writing, at or prior to booking, of any physical, emotional or mental condition which may require professional attention during the trip or may require the use of special equipment. If you fail to disclose any such conditions, Club America Travel & Tours, Inc. may refuse to allow you to take the trip and you will forfeit the trip cost; and in such event, we shall have no liability, financial or otherwise.
We cannot accommodate women past their sixth month of pregnancy. If you require a wheelchair, you must provide your own small, collapsible wheelchair. Certain features, and certain trips, are not wheelchair-accessible. We cannot guarantee any wheelchair assistance or accessibility in international destinations. Club America Travel & Tours, Inc. reserves the right to decline any trip participant whose condition, in our opinion, may affect the health, safety or enjoyment of other participants.
Club America Travel & Tours, Inc. is not responsible for the costs of any medical treatment you may require during the trip. Under no circumstances is Club America Travel & Tours, Inc. responsible for the quality of medical care, or lack thereof, you may receive while on the trip.


After your balance payment has been made and your payment documentation has been received you will receive a confirmed travel itinerary with all services noted along with hotel and our office contact details. Upon your arrival in Turkey, you will receive any further documentation such as vouchers, ferry & flight tickets, and/or transfer details essential for your program. Issuance of documentation does not absolve the responsibility for any outstanding payments due.



Your documentation states the name of your local representative. Please do not hesitate to contact any of our representatives for any assistance with difficulties or changes. If you need to alter your arrangements once overseas or to add services to your booking you may do this through our local representative. Any additional costs incurred therein must be paid directly to the supplier of the service and may not be charged back to Club America Travel & Tours, Inc.. We cannot be held responsible for any subsequent complaint with arrangements made directly with the supplier. Cancellations of confirmed services must be made with Club America Travel & Tours, Inc. even if you have advised the local representative. Club America Travel & Tours, Inc. does not authorize the employees of any supplier to promise refunds to clients.


We endeavor to ensure that all your arrangements run smoothly. Occasionally problems can occur while you are away, in which case it is essential and most practical to try to resolve it locally with the provider of the service. You must inform our local representative immediately or contact Club America Travel & Tours, Inc. if that fails. If you are unhappy with your hotel room please inform the hotel manager so the situation can be rectified on the spot. If you fail to take these steps any claims for compensation can be reduced or denied. If you have an unresolved complaint this should be put to us in writing detailing the efforts that were made with the local operator to resolve this issue. Please send this with supporting documentation to your travel agent within 25 days of the date of the service. No claim made after this period will be considered.


Our prices do not include tips. Tipping tour drivers and guides is normal practice in Turkey, however, please try not to feel harassed by the need to tip many people, albeit in small amounts. In retrospect, you will find tipping constitutes a small proportion of your overall touring budget.



Airfares unless otherwise stated, visa and passport costs, travel insurance, vaccination, and medical expenses, excess baggage, airport departure taxes, laundry, phone calls, postage, fax/email charges, beverages, items of a personal nature, tips, and meals not mentioned in the itinerary.


The responsibility of Club America Travel & Tours, Inc.. and its affiliated companies is strictly limited. As a tour operator, Club America Travel & Tours, Inc. organizes, promotes, and sells tour programs consisting of certain travel services, including surface, air, and water transportation, sightseeing excursions, and cruise/hotel accommodations that Club America Travel & Tours, Inc. purchases or reserves from various suppliers (collectively, “Suppliers”). We exercise every care in the selection of reputable airlines, tour operators, coach operators, hotels, and other suppliers of the various travel services used in these tours. It is important to note, therefore, that all bookings with Club America Travel & Tours, Inc. are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by airlines, coach operators, hoteliers, and other service providers but not limited to shipping, rail, car hire and restaurant operators, whose services we utilize, some of which limit or exclude liability in respect of death, personal injury, delay, and loss or damage of baggage.
We always do our best to ensure that your vacation arrangements are satisfactory and we accept liability for, but only to the extent of, any loss or damage sustained by you as the result of our negligence, or that of our employees or agents.
However, the company does not accept any liability of whatever nature or the acts, omissions or default whether negligent or otherwise of those airlines, coach operators, shipping and cruise companies, hoteliers or other persons providing services in connection with your tour arrangments percent to a contact between themselves and yourselves (which may be evidenced in writing by the issue of a ticket, voucher, coupon or the like) and over which the company has no direct and exclusive control.
Club America Travel & Tours, Inc. does not accept responsibility in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which is beyond its control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on the part of Club America Travel & Tours, Inc., including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, flood, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or any other authorities, accidents too, or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action (whether or not involving our employees and even though such actions may be settled by acceding to the demands of a labor group).


You should familiarise yourself with any health or VISA requirements that may be applicable in the areas that you intend to visit, and you shall be responsible for all entry, exit, health, and any other documents required by law, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of the countries visited or transited. You shall carry a valid passport at all times. Passport, VISA, and vaccination requirements are not our responsibility and we are not liable for any loss or expense due to your failure to comply with the above. It remains your responsibility to ensure any documents in order and to meet any additional costs incurred (whether by the client or by Club America Travel & Tours, Inc. on the client’s behalf) as a result of failure to comply with such requirements. You accept that you may be traveling through areas of political, climatic instability, high altitudes, and remote areas without proper medical services, and accept the associated risks. The making of a booking constitutes your acceptance of all booking terms and conditions as described herein and forms the basis of your contract with Club America Travel & Tours, Inc..
